This post is chiefly to inquire a straightforwardly simple answer. If it was in your immediate knowledge that the planet was to be annihilated in 48 hours, would any of your principle morals, values, or ethics change. If so why, and would you act any different towards others and life in general in your last miniscule hours left

Yes, if I knew that there was only 48 hours left to live I would definitely behave differently. There would be so many things that I would have to get closure on before I met my demise. Things I have to say to people, things I need to do, and people I need to see. It would change the whole nature of the situation for about 6 billion people. I'm sure there would be mass panic across the globe.
